Bethel Corridor North Annexation |

The City of Port Orchard Planning Department is responsible for processing annexation requests, coordinating inter-departmental review and comment on annexation proposals with applicable RCW's, revenue sharing agreements, inter-local agreements, City Comprehensive Plan consistency, Kitsap County Planning Policies, and other applicable considerations. A group of private citizens has approached the City of Port Orchard with the intent for annexation of the northern portion of the Bethel Corridor area (see map). The group has indicated that it believes that annexation would be beneficial for both the property owners and the community. The Planning Department looks forward to the opportunity to provide information or to answer questions you may have about this process.
