No, you cannot pay your Silverdale ticket at the Port Orchard Municipal Court located at City Hall. You may pay your Silverdale ticket at the Kitsap County District Court office located at 614 Division Street in Port Orchard. Can I reschedule my arraignment?

No, you cannot reschedule an arraignment hearing. Your appearance is mandatory at an arraignment. If you fail to appear, a bench warrant will be issued for your arrest.


I received a parking ticket while I was in Court at the County. Do I have to pay it?

Yes, attending court is not an automatic defense for violating the City’s parking ordinance. If you want to contest the parking ticket, you must follow the instructions on the back of the ticket.

If you have been ordered to perform community restitution work for a Port Orchard Municipal Court case, you must perform the community restitution work for the City of Port Orchard. The City of Port Orchard has a community restitution work supervisor who will direct you while you perform your community restitution work. I just received a delinquent notice on a parking ticket but I sold the vehicle before the parking ticket was issued. What do I do?

Fill out the back of the delinquent notice and return it to the Court as soon as possible and the court will remove your name from the account.
