Appeal of an Administrative Decision; Development permits or approvals for a single family residence or home occupation permit; projects requiring an open record hearing; and appeals of administrative decisions.

Appeal of a Hearing Examiner Decision; Only parties of record or an aggrieved person may appeal.

Cabaret License Application; For any room, place or space in the City open for service to the public or members in which the guest, patrons, entertainers or other persons allowed to dance, sing, or perform music or live entertainment, including comedy, in connection with a restaurant business or the business of selling food or refreshments, including liquor. (POMC 5.20)

Cable TV Senior Citizen/Disabled Persons Discount Application and Proof of Disability Statement; Provides senior citizens and disabled persons discount for Cable TV.

Circus and/or Carnival License Application; Any person, company, corporation, association or any other institution whose primary occupation is to provide devices or activities for the purpose of providing entertainment, amusement, sport, pastime or merriment for the patrons; and includes roller coasters, merry-go-rounds, swings, Ferris Wheels, games of shooting, throwing, pitching, phenomenal exhibitions,  exhibiting wild animals, feats of horsemanship, animal stunts and acrobatic or aquatic sports, and everything like character for admission to which a fee is charged. Fireworks Stand Application; For storing or selling at retail or wholesale stands. Must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. the last official City work day in May for the current year. (POMC 5.60)

Fireworks Display Application; For the discharging of fireworks for public display. Must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. at least 40 business days prior to the date of an intended public display. (POMC 5.60)

Hawker's License Application; Any person acting as an individual, either as principal or agent, selling, offering for sale, any goods, wares or merchandise, article, things or personal property of whatsoever name, nature, or description, by peddling the same from house to house, or upon any street, highway or public place, who shall make public outcry, or give any musical for other entertainment or make a speech to draw custom or attract notice, within the City. (POMC 5.44)

Lodging Tax Advisory Committee; Review applications and distribute Lodging Tax Funds for project that will promote tourism in the City and for the acquisition or operation of tourism related facilities. (RCW 67.28)

Pawnbroker License Application; For an owner/manager of a business that is engaged, in whole or in part, in the business of loaning money upon the security of deposits or pledges of personal property. (POMC 5.40)

Peddler's License Application; Any person acting as an individual or agent who carries goods, wares and merchandise, articles, things or personal property of any nature or description from house to house or place to place, which are offered for sale or to be delivered in the future, within the City. (POMC 5.44)

Petition to Vacate City Right-of-Way; For private property owners who desire or need to acquire portions of the public right-of-way for their private use. (Resolution No. 1990, RCW 35.79)

Public Event Application; It is requested an event/festival organizer submit an application for use of City right-of-way or property.

Public Event Master Event Vendor License Application; For an event that involves ten or more vendors engaged in public property vending in a common location and/or under a common theme. (POMC 5.96)

Residential Parking Permit Application; Residential parking permits are issued to City residents to park on City streets (POMC 10.14)

Taxi Cab Company and Vehicle License Application, Taxi For-Hire License Application, and Taxi For-Hire Licensing, Cab Company, and Vehicle Check List; For a taxi company to operate a taxi vehicle and for a taxi driver to obtain a license to operate a taxi vehicle within the City. (POMC 5.56)

Temporary Vendor License Application; For any person, business, or organization engaged in vending on public property. (POMC 5.96)

Tort Claim for Damages; To file a claim for damages that occur on City property.
