Members: Chair Powers, Councilmember Chang, Councilmember Lucarelli Staff Liaison: Development Director. Function: The committee reviews actions of the City regarding City property, including parks, streets, alleys and sidewalks. They also work on updating the City’s Comprehensive Parks Plan. Meeting Time & Location: The second Tuesday of each month at 8:00 am (as needed, subject to cancellation). The meetings are held at Moon Dogs Too.
