Hearing Examiner

This is a land use decision-making process of a public hearing in front of the Hearing Examiner.  It is a “quasi-judicial” process where exhibits are submitted and formal sworn testimony is presented by city staff and citizens to the Hearing Examiner. The decisions or recommendations by the Hearing Examiner must be supported by evidence, based on compliance with the city’s ordinances and regulations.
