City of Port Orchard Public Facilities Limited Services

 

PORT ORCHARD, WA –Effective Wednesday April 1, 2020, the City of Port Orchard will be working to provide you with essential services under the Governor’s order. This means we are working with limited staff to better serve the citizens of Port Orchard; however, staff is available to answer telephone calls and respond to emails. As a result, you will likely experience longer response times to your inquiries. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all work through this difficult time.

Exceptions will be made for Court proceedings and City Council meetings.

Staff will be available to answer telephone calls and emails Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm in a limited capacity. Telephone numbers and emails are listed below.

Alternative ways to pay your Utility Bill:

Drop Box: You may drop off your payment in the drop box located at 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA, located to the right of the main doors.

Online: Pay on-line at https://www.cityofportorchard.us/. We accept credit and debit. There is no fee to pay online.

Phone: You may call the Finance Department at (360) 876-5139 during City Hall Hours: Monday-Friday, (8:00am – 4:30pm) excluding holidays.

Mail: You may mail your payment to: City of Port Orchard, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA 98366.

Automatic Withdrawal: Have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account bi-monthly. To receive an application, call the Finance Department at (360) 876-5139.
