PORT ORCHARD, WA – The City of Port Orchard is excited to kick-off the subarea plan and planned action EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) for the Port Orchard Downtown and County Government Campus. This project includes approximately 280 acres of downtown property from Stockton St to Port Orchard Blvd. on the waterfront and up the hill to Sroufe St./Mile Hill Dr., incorporating government, commercial, residential, and recreational redevelopment over the next 25 years. As part of the planning process, the City and its consultants are committed to providing multiple opportunities to engage the public throughout the planning process. With this in mind, we welcome any initial public guidance from the community to collaborate in developing the vision. Please take the survey here by July 7, 2020 to provide your comments!
