Site Description: 731 Bethel Avenue. Located approximately 550 feet north of the roundabout at the intersection of Bethel Avenue and SE Mile Hill Drive, parcel #4031-001-012-0009, 4031-001-010-0001, and 4031-001-009-0103
Description of Proposal: Construction of a 950 square foot drive through and walk up coffee shop with approximately 13 parking stalls and one drive through lane. SEPA Threshold Determination: The City of Port Orchard has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and has determined that the project is exempt from SEPA under WAC 197-11-800(1)(b)(iv).
Required Permits: The following local, state, and federal permits/approvals are needed for the proposed project: Conditional Use Permit, Land Disturbing Activity Permit, Stormwater Drainage Permit, Building Permit. Applicable Code(s): Port Orchard Municipal Code Title 20, WAC 197-11 SEPA Rules.
