NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 6:30 pm, at the regular meeting of the Port Orchard City Council, the Council will hold a public hearing on an ordinance proposing a Development Agreement between the City of Port Orchard and McCormick Communities, LLC. The ordinance addresses traffic improvements for development areas designated in the Agreement. The proposed Development Agreement ordinance, which includes a map showing the affected development areas, may be viewed at: https://www.portorchardwa.gov/news/
In accordance with the Governor’s “Stay Home-Stay Safe” Order, the City Council is conducting this public hearing remotely. Information on the City Council meeting, including instructions on how to attend the public hearing and provide testimony, will be posted at: https://www.portorchardwa.gov/city-council-meeting-agendas/.
