LOCATION: Downtown Port Orchard; Bay Street (from Port Orchard Boulevard through Bethel Road), Port Orchard Marina Park, Port Orchard Public Boat Launch on Water Street and Parking Lot area behind Peninsula Feed (Parking Lot 4)
