The applicant seeks approval of a Type II Variance to allow a reduction to minimum off-street parking requirements described in POMC 20.124 which would provide 41 off-street parking stalls instead of the required 66 spaces

Public Comment Period: Any interested person may comment on this application. The comment period will remain open for 14 days. The deadline to submit comments is November 1, 2019. Review Authority:

Shoreline Substantial Development and Variance permits are Type III and Type II permits respectively that are subject to decision/recommendation by the Hearing Examiner for the City of Port Orchard that is forwarded to the Department of Ecology for review. Any appeals of these decisions shall be filed with the Shoreline Hearings Board pursuant to the procedures outlined in RCW 90.58.180.
