Description of Proposed Project: Alteration of final Short Plat #755 approved by Kitsap County on January 26, 1977. The proposed alteration combines Lots B, C and D of Short Plat #755 and extinguishes a 30-foot wide easement traversing the westerly and southerly portion of Lot D.

Preliminary State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Determination: The proposed action is categorically exempt from threshold determination and EIS requirements.

Other Applicable Codes Which May Require Additional Project Review / Permits: Additional permitting and/or review may be required under POMC Title 20.

Public Comment Period and Appeals: Any interested person may comment on this application. The comment period will remain open for 14 days. The deadline to submit comments is October 9, 2019 at 4:00pm. Any interested person may request notification of any hearings or meetings and request a copy of the decision once made. Any interested party may appeal the Director’s Decision on a Type II decision to the City of Port Orchard Hearing Examiner within 14 calendar days of the Notice of Decision. Notice of Decision will be provided to all parties of record.
