Parking Enforcement

The City of Port Orchard has two Parking Enforcement Officers that work cooperatively within the Port Orchard Police Department to educate the community and enforce the City of Port Orchard’s parking ordinances and state law.

Here are some of the things that Parking Enforcement can monitor in the City of Port Orchard:Parking Enforcement G0-4 vehicle

  •             Abandoned or Inoperable Vehicles
  •             Time restrictions
  •             Handicap violations
  •             Yellow zones
  •             Expired registration or invalid license plate
  •             Stolen vehicles
  •             Blocking roadway, driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants and sidewalks

Any citizen concerned about a parking issue should call 911 and report their concern so that the Officer on duty can be dispatched accordingly.
