Notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the purchase of garbage/recycling cans for the City of Port Orchard.  Interested parties should submit their quotes to:

Proposals will be received until noon (12:00pm) on June 23RD 2017.

No proposals will be accepted after the above-stated time.  Product(s) must be furnished within 45 days of order.

The City is seeking quotes to replace eight (8) trash cans with a trash/recycling receptacle combination, in various locations along downtown Bay Street.

Free-of-charge access to bidding documents and specifications are available for review through the City of Port Orchard’s on-line plan room.  Please visit and click on “Posted Projects”, “Goods & Services” and “City of Port Orchard.”  It is recommended that Bidders “Register” in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the “Self-Registered Bidders List".  Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project. A City of Port Orchard Business license may be required.  Pricing and delivery shall be F.O.B. destination 1535 Vivian Court, Port Orchard WA 98366.
