The City of Port Orchard has received a land use permit application for the following project that may be of interest to you. You are invited to comment on this proposal.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW:

The City of Port Orchard has reviewed the proposal for probable adverse environmental and expects to issue a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) for this project. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project. Applicable documents are available for review at 720 Prospect Street. Port Orchard, WA 98366.

Agencies, tribes and the public are encouraged to review and comment on the proposed project and its probable environmental impacts. Comments must be received by the date noted above to City of Port Orchard, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA 98366

Required Permits: The following local, state, and federal permits/approvals are needed for the proposed project: 1. Land Disturbing Activity Permit, 2. Stormwater Drainage Permit, 3. Water, Sewer and Transportation Concurrency, 4. Building Permits, 5. Department of Ecology 30-day notice and UST Addendum, 6. Puget Sound Clean Air Agency Gasoline Dispensing Facility Notification
